Your Questions, Answered
Are pets allowed?
Yes. We love our furry friends. We have a questionairre that we ask all guests and only well trained pets are allowed. The occasional barker is ok, but we want to keep the home respectful and well taken care of. We reserve the right to decline pets that we do not feel comfortable with.
What is location like?
We are located ½ block away from 50th and Penn which is a nice little business district in SW Minneapolis. You’ll find award winning restaurants, Nicos Tacos and Broders Pasta Bar. We also have an italian takeout and grocery store, Broders Cucina, an upscale consignment shop, florist, scuba store (yes, in MN!) and a few others. Morning coffee down the block or venture just a few blocks more to other vibrant city business disctricts.
We are also a block to the southern most point of Lake Harriet. You can’t beat feeling like you’re in the thick of it all while close to the relaxing energy of the Lake. Canoe/Kayak rentals available and the lake has 2 beaches that are perfect to venture to. We supply a beach cart for the walk down. Ask about bike rentals!
Do you offer longer term stays?
Absolutely. For those interested in long term stays it’s best to reach out to Alison directly to discuss options. We have special pricing based on month but 3500-6000k/month depending on length and timing is a general range.

What does home access look like?
This is a typical up/down duplex. One exterior front door equipped with keypad leads to two other doors indoors that lead to upper and lower unit. Up the stairs you will find the door to your unit.
You have full private access to entire upper level unit. We live in the lower unit and while basement and garage access can be arranged as needed - we arrange on a case by case basis.
